Zagreb, July 03, 2024 - Energia naturalis (ENNA) acquired an additional 5.22% of ordinary shares in Luka Ploče d.d. (marked as LKPC-R-A) and now holds a total of 43.49% of ordinary shares.
The transaction was settled in full on July 2, 2024 at the Central Clearing Depository Company.
